Company Name: Tap 2 Earn
Website URL: Tap 2 Earn.co
Owner: Henry Chaplin and Davis O’Brien
Launched in: 2019
Price: Free
What is Tap2 Earn?
As you can see from the image above, Tap 2 Earn claims to be the #1 Influencer Network in the world and pays you to do various tasks online. It claims to have been founded a few years ago by Henry Chaplin and Davis O’Brien and its parent company is called Zindex.
I like to find out who the owners are and I can’t find these people anywhere on the internet connecting them to Tap2Earn. I also can not find the parent company, Zindex either. And the website was created on September 10, 2019.
This is a red flag to me since it is claiming to be the #1 Influencer network in the world.
How to make money with Tap2Earn?
Tap2Earn claims you can make $500 today in several ways by doing simple tasks online. Such as:
- Earn $25 for signing up
- Earn $2 for each person who clicks your unique referral link.
- Earn $10 for each person who joins through your referral link.
- Earn $30 for completing surveys
- Earn $10 for downloading apps on your mobile phone
- Earn $50 for creating a Youtube video promoting Tap2Earn.
This is a lot of money for doing next to nothing and a lot of people will fall for it. Especially when it does not cost anything to sign up and then you see you earned $25 in your account. This is an incentive to do more. That is what the owners, whoever they really are, want you to do.
But let’s stop to think for a minute. Where is tap2earn getting the money to pay its members? The site does not have any ads on it. Where is the money coming from?
Let’s do some quick math here. Now it claims you get $2 for every click and $10 when the person joins. You get $25 for joining yourself and the person that you referred gets $25 for joining. So for doing next to nothing Tap2Earn is paying $62, straight up.
Imagine paying that over and over again because of people just signing up for free.
Don’t believe the hype!
And if you think you can just sign up and cash out the $25 sign up bonus, think again.
The requirements to cash out are:
- 20 clicks
- 5 referrals
- 5 tasks completed on the task wall
Members are complaining about not getting paid. The company claims their clicks are not legit and so on and so forth. I think you get what I am saying.
Copycat Websites
I have been writing reviews for some time now and I have seen this type of website over and over again. If you take a look at Social Bounty, Click4Kash, and Cash4Clickz you will see what I mean.
These are just a few of the sites I have reviewed. They come and go with the quickness. They all promise you a boatload of money and don’t deliver.
The owners of these sites know that people are looking to make money online. And they want to do it fast. This is what attracts people to this type of website.
And they think they are not losing anything because it is free to join. That is a fallacy.
Your personal information such as your email address is worth money to the right people. Your information can be sold to third parties that are looking for a targeted market. The targeted market is to “make money online.”
If you signed up with Tap2Earn you are a prime target for make money online offers. Don’t be surprised if you sign up already and your inbox gets flooded with offers.
And if you sign up with Tap2Earn using the same email and password you use on other sites, ex. Paypal, I suggest you change your passwords. People have the tendency to use the same login information on every site they go on.
And other dishonest people know this and use this to their advantage.
Who is Tap2Earn for?
Tap2Earn is for no one but the owners. They lure people in with the claims of paying big bucks for doing nothing. In the meantime, the members are spreading their referral links around, completing surveys, etc.
Most of the time the owners of these websites get a commission from the actions of their members on the website. But believe me, it is not the kind of money Tap2Earn claims to pay you.
But it does add up when more and more people join and do the same thing.
Conclusion
If you have read any of my reviews, you would know that I don’t like to call anything a scam but I suggest you run away from Tap2Earn. You won’t actually earn any money for your efforts.
But the good news is….there are websites that pay you for doing simple tasks online. These websites have good reputations for paying their members. I suggest you sign up with them, the more the better. I don’t believe in putting all my eggs in one basket.
