What is Shoutnow.co?
According to the website, Shoutnow.co is supposed to be the “1 Influencer Network. It claims you can make money by doing simple tasks online. It is free to join. Upon joining you will receive $25 just for signing up and you will see that money in your account.
If you think that you could cash out the $25 immediately, think again. Shoutnow.co is designed to keep you working. There are requirements you have to meet before cashing out.
Shoutnow.co has a task wall filled with various ways to make money. It claims you can make $60 for every task you complete. The tasks consist of completing surveys, downloading apps, etc.
You also can make money by sharing your referral link with other people. You make $2 every time someone just clicks your link. And when someone joins through your link you make $10-$15 per referral. You also earn 20% of what your referral makes.
Another way to make money is by uploading a YouTube video promoting the website and you will earn $50 for that.

I know to never judge a book by its cover. So I wanted to dig deeper to see what Shoutnow.co was really about.
Who is behind Shoutnow.co?
When I am thinking about doing business with a company I like to know who is behind it. Especially when I am sharing my personal information with it. The owner of the website is a ghost. I can find him anywhere. No one knows who owns it.
Well if this site is the #1 influencer Network, the owner should be an open book. Many times people do want to be associated with an unscrupulous website. And that is why the owner is not known.
Red Flags
Shoutnow.co claims to have started March 2015 in Amsterdam. But according to Whois.com, shoutnow.co was registered on 1/30/2020.
So as you can see there is a discrepancy there. Which it is? 2015 or 2020?
Fake Proof of Payments
Shoutnow.co wants you to believe that ordinary people are making money with this site. So it attempts to show you proof of payments to its members.
Check out the dates of these proofs of payments. Each one is dated 2019. Well, how could members have gotten paid in 2019 when the website started in 2020?
Someone needs to proofread and get the facts straight. Or should I say, lies straight?
Fake Testimonials
I see that fake testimonials are running rampant on these types of websites. Take a look at the image below.
These are supposed to be members claiming they are making money with Shoutnow.co. Now check out the next image.
As you can see those same images are on another website called click2cash. These are not real members. These are stock images that are probably used on many websites.
So if shoutnow.co was the real deal, why are they using stock images instead of real members?
Social Media
Shoutnow. claims to be the #1 Influencer Earning Network. So therefore it should have a large presence on various social media. It has social media buttons on the website but when I click them, they lead nowhere. I find myself on the shoutnow.co homepage and the video is replaying itself.
Why have social media buttons on the site if they are not going to work?
Fake Address
Even thou shoutnow.co claims to have started in Amsterdam, the contact information on the website states it is located on 27 Division St. New York, NY.
I looked on Google maps to check out this address. And guess what I found.
It looks like a seafood restaurant to me. Maybe the office is in the building above the restaurant. I don’t know. But I do know that I have reviewed other websites that had the same physical location.
Age Restrictions
According to the website, you have to be over 99 years of age to use the website. How many 99-year-olds do you know who would use this website? 
Maybe this could be an excuse not to pay its members. Websites like shoutnow.co are known for not paying its members.
And think about it, where do they get the money to pay their members anyway? It is free to join. There are no membership fees. There is are no products to buy. There are no advertisements on the website. So where does the money come from?
Who is shoutnow.co for?
You would hope it was people who need to make money online especially in the times we live in now. But the only person benefiting from this site is the owner. Whoever that is.
shoutnow.co and websites like it, are known as data harvesting websites. The main purpose of these websites is to collect your personal data and sell it for profit. And to also hack into your various accounts online like for instance Paypal.
Many people use the same email and password on every website they go on because it is easier to remember. That is not good and the unscrupulous people know it.
If you are one of those people that do that, change your passwords.
Every time someone completes a task on the taskwall the owner gets a commission. This is called CPA (cost per action). The commission is small but it adds up with all the people who are trying to make money with the website.

What have we learned?
Well, we know that shoutnow.co does not know when it started. We know that it does not have any real members to speak of that is making money with the site.
We know the social media buttons don’t work, and the physical address is a seafood restaurant.
We also know that the owner is a ghost.
I suggest you not waste your time with this one. You will be disappointed.
