Name: Paid Social Media Jobs
Price: $47, down-sell to $27
What is Paid Social Media Jobs?
Paid Social Media Jobs is a ClickBank product. It is an online marketplace where you can find social media jobs.
On the sales video, there is a woman named Annie Jones. Jones was a single struggling mother with a lot of debt. She came across this method and is making over $700 a week.
Let’s see how it really works.
Paid Social Media costs $47 to become a member. If you try to click away from the sales page the cost goes down to $27. After that, you are bombarded with upsells. One upsell is for becoming a broker for freelance writers. And then another upsell called the “Overnight Cash Machine”. It is a book about making money on Fivver.com.
Once you buy all the upsells or not, you get access to the members’ area. The members’ area is where you can post ad offering to do various jobs for people on social media.
There is a section for all the major social media platform such as
- Google Plus
- Hub Pages
- Stumble Upon
Paid Social Media Jobs claims to provide complete training as a Social Media Manager for people with no prior experience. All you need is the know is the basics of how to use social media.
There is a demand for these types of jobs all around the world.
The Paid Social Media Jobs is a pdf training that will teach you everything you need to know to work as an expert in social media management.
The training includes:
- uploading videos
- post and reply to comments
- send out images
- post promos
- help clients get more likes, followers, and tweets
This training is supposed to help you grow your e-business and marketing skills.
They make it seem like all you have to do is watch some training videos and you will have the expertise worth paying for.
The training will leave as a beginner just scratching the surface of the road to becoming a Social Media Manager.
But if you have a large following on social media, to begin with, it’s possible you will be able to make money. For example. Let’s say you found a client that is willing to pay for 5000 likes. Well if you have over 5000 followers yourself, you may get them that many likes. But even that takes time.
The training also consists of four modules.
Module 1: Understanding Social Media Clients – The 26 minutes video tell you about the type of clients you will come into contact with and their expectations on social media.
Module 2: How to be a Social Media Manager
Module 3: Introduction to Social Media Management – Develop skills and abilities to handle branding, marketing and communication planning.
Module 4: Advanced Training Program – Teaches you the importance of business marketing on social media. The training covers all social media platforms.
Paid Social Media Jobs Membership Area
Below is a screenshot of the membership area.
Now if you take a good look you will see there are no jobs offered by companies listed in this marketplace. All I see are advertisements from people promoting what they can do on social media for pay. That is so different than what the sales video says.
I thought there was suppose to be many job offers from businesses desperately seeking workers. Looks like the other way around to me.
- Loads of information is given for the money. Information is good but step by step training is better. The info tells you what and why but does not tell you how.
- Good business model. Money can be made as a Social media manager but you have to have the experience. No one is going to hire you just because you know how to use social media.
- 60 money back guarantee because it is a ClickBank product.
- Misleading claims- There is no job listing from companies in the member’s area.
- The training just gives you a taste on how to be a social media manager.
- Too many upsells- If a program is what they say by itself why have a bunch of upsells?
- They want $47 for something you can do for free on sites like fiverr.com and odesk.com.
Is Paid Social Media Jobs a Scam?
In my opinion, I would not call it a scam right out. You do get some information for your money but I don’t think it is enough to train you to make money as a Social Media Manager.
