But wait if you want to learn how to make real money online check out my #1 recommendation.

Name: CloutOG

Website URL:

Owner: Any body’s guess

Created in: January 2020

Cost: Free to join

Who is it for? Nobody but the owner

What is

According to the website, is the #1 Influencer Network that helps you make money with social media. In fact, it claims you can make $500 today by doing simple tasks online.

Such as:

Earn $50 for just signing up
Earn $2 every time someone clicks your referral link
Earn $10 for each referral that joins.
Earn $35 for each task you complete on the task wall.

All of this sounds well and good for someone who wants to make money online. Especially in the times, we live in now. But this is what the creators of this site are hoping for.

But making money online is not as easy as they make it seem.

This website reminds me of the other websites I reviewed in the past. These types of websites come and go with a quickness.

How does really work?

The website entices you by claiming to pay you $50 just to sign up. And it is free to do so. Once you sign up you will see that you earned $50. But if you think you will be able to cash out that $50 right away, think again.

There are cashout requirements you must meet beforehand. This is designed to keep you working on tasks. You have to have a certain amount of signups and tasks completed. And have reached a certain amount of money before you can cashout.

Websites like are known for not paying its members. When its time to cashout, there is a problem.

Let’s think about it for a minute. Where does the website get the money to pay you? It does not cost anything to join. There are no advertisements on the website. Let’s do the math. You earn $50 for just signing up. You earn $2 when someone just clicks your referral link.  $10 when that referral signs up. And when that referral signs up they get $50. That adds up to $62 the company would pay out for doing next to nothing.

Don’t believe the hype! If this worked as it claims no one would have a money problem.

Who is for? is not for ordinary people looking to make money online. This website benefits the owners only. And who knows who they are? If was truly the #1 influencer network we would know who the owners are. They would be transparent. But if you don’t want to be associated with this type of website than you would be “ghost.”

Every time you complete a task on the task wall the owner gets paid a commission. You complete tasks by completing surveys, giving your personal information, and downloading apps.

The commission the owner receives is not much but it adds up with all the traffic the website gets from people promoting the website. And they can also sell your information to other people that want to spam you with making money online offers.

Red Flags

According to its “about us” page, started in March 2015 and took five years to become the #1 Influencer Network.

But according to, the website was registered on 1/5/20. That’s just one of the red flags blowing hard in the wind.

Fake proof of payments

The owners of wants you to think that people are actually getting paid. That they are making good money with this site. So they post proof of payment. Don’t believe what you see.

In the image above it seems as if a member was paid $1030 on Nov. 6, 2019, from Cloutog. But how can that be when the website was registered in January 2020?

There is also a video testimony on the website. You can’t believe that either. People think they will get paid for promoting this website by uploading videos to social media. They, too, are wasting their time because they won’t get paid.

Fake location

According to the website, you could actually visit physically. So I researched the address of the company and found it is a parking lot.

No Privacy Policy page

There are no legal pages on the website. Every website has to have legal pages on it. You are supposed to know the ‘terms and conditions’ of a website and its privacy policy in terms of your personal information. When I tried to click the links to read them it takes me to the signup page again. But yet it wants me to click that I agree with something I can’t read. No thank you.

Alternative Websites

There are websites that pay you to do simple tasks online. They don’t claim to pay you enough money to quit your job. But you can make some pocket money. Every little bit helps. The following websites have good reputations for paying their members. You make want to check them out. They are free to join.

What have we learned? is one of many websites known as “data harvesting” websites. It’s all about the owner collecting your personal information to sell to others and making commissions off of your work efforts.

It is designed solely for the owner to make money not you.

If you are tired of bull crap websites and/or making pocket changes, check out my #1 recommendation.
